The Bitter Chills are a pretty rootsy, often rocky, sometimes mellow, but always melodic trio from North Jersey. The members, Matt, Christian, and Tim, are all exceedingly courteous fellows who wear ties and read books. They also create smart, catchy songs that display a healthy sense of humor and an affection for Americana, The British Invasion, and New Wave Power Pop. Jeiris Cook, if asked will tell you his singing influences and style are reminiscent of the Motown era. A life long soul stirring vocalist, his aim is to marry old and new while delivering audiences a performance that is truly unique and memorable. His style is an infusion of vintage soul, folk and rhythm and blues rolled into a velvety serenade.
