Songwriter Series: Jodelle + Lupe Dragon

Jodelle // Born and raised in NJ, Pop Rock/Americana singer-songwriter-pianist, Jodelle, has toured the US and Europe as a solo artist and as a backing vocalist/multi-instrumentalist. Performances include television and radio appearances, music festivals, NACA college tours, CBGBs, Rockwood Music Hall, The Living Room, The Cutting Room and NJPAC to name a few. Jodelle will be performing a collection of Americana inspired songs which she plans to record over the course of 2023. The songs were written during COVID which, like for many, proved to be emotionally challenging. The upside was inspiration and the emergence of the most heartfelt material Jodelle has written to date. Her influences include Stevie Nicks, Joni Mitchell, Sara Bareilles, Sufjan Stevens, Ray LaMontagne, Kathleen Edwards among many others. 

Lupe Dragon is an alternative singer/songwriter from Northern New Jersey. She has performed in various parts of New Jersey and NYC including Stanhope House, Boontunes, Pete's Candy Store, and more. With the writing style of Ed Sheeran, the swagger of Billie Eilish and a voice similar to the likes of Hayley Williams (Paramore) and Alanis Morisette, she is a female powerhouse.
