A grade 1 Ethiopian from the Guji region. This alone would make for a great coffee that anyone would enjoy. What makes this coffee even more special is the extra steps that the growers used to process this coffee. An extra step the the natural process was added. One that saw the coffee beans feremented in an anaerobic enviroment. This creates a coffee bean is in incamparable to any other process.
The process creates a flavor profile that is more robust, and winey. You might taste flavors similar to a Cabernet wine, a complex sweetness of butterscoth. The whole thing captured in a rich dark chocolate bodied cup of coffee.
