From a local farm in the Acatenango mountain region of Guatemala. The volcanic activity in the area means that the soil is packed with all the things coffee loves. It produces a high quality coffee with strong flavors of Orange, Milk chocolate, and toffee. You may notice that these flavors are all very sweet focused. The growing conditions of this coffee produce high levels of natural sugars in the coffee that transforms into these Caramelized, and fruit flavors only intensified after roasting.
