Why you should buy coffee from different regions? Hint...it's seasonal!

You may notice that our bean offerings will change on our store and this is due to seasonality.  The coffee cherry has peak growing times at certain times in the year (each coffee region is different).  Many regions grow year round, although we source our beans based on peak times to ensure that the quality of the coffee cherry is the best. 

Our coffee is usually roasted up to nine months after harvest (or sooner).  Since different coffee regions have varying peak times, we source our beans to ensure we are roasting fresh and high quality beans.
